Croydon Peoples Housing Association (CPHA) is a BME (black minority ethnic) association owning and managing 400 units in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Merton and Sutton. Croydon Peoples Housing Association was formed by a group of housing professionals and community activists concerned about the housing needs of the African and African-Caribbean community in the London Borough of Croydon.
Croydon Peoples Housing Association is a registered social landlord that recognises that being a housing association is not just about bricks and mortar but more importantly, it is about people. We are the largest Black & Minority Ethnic housing association based in Croydon, and since 1992 we have provided homes and community services to multi-cultural client groups in the London boroughs of Croydon, Sutton, Merton and Bromley.
CPHA's Board and staff are committed to continuous improvement in delivering quality services. Our strategic aim is to be an effective community resource and an activist for the development, betterment and regeneration of our neighbourhoods and communities. Our excellent track record for delivery has resulted in us attaining preferred partner status with the local authorities that we work in partnership with.
